Sinful Bacon, Fried Chicken, Parmesan Pasta

It’s a super easy, yummy – slightly sinful meal, just for my minions. Welcome to tonight’s dinner. (Even though I’m a day late with it. Haha)
 1lb Bacon
1lb chicken breast, thin
All purpose flour
2 eggs, beat
Panko breadcrumbs
Grated Parmesan
Seasoning salt
Parmesan bacon pasta (Pick up in the pasta section)
Here’s what you do:
Cook up your bacon (leavening grease in pan)
After it’s all cooked, add butter to bacon grease.
Bread chicken by dipping it flour/pepper/seasoning salt mixture, egg, then panko/ Parmesan mixture.
Fry your chicken in your bacon grease/butter. Time depends on thickness, mine took about 2 mins on each side.
While you’re frying your chicken, you want your pasta to be cooking.
Chop chicken, chop bacon, and add to pasta once it’s finished. Serve up, and sprinkle with Parmesan. It’s super fast, baconlious, goodness!!

  4. 🙂 you can always not fry the chicken and use turkey bacon…..but sometimes you just need a nice Friday night comfort food, kind of dinner. Thanks so much so stopping by and commenting.

Hi Danie. Gosh, it seems it's been a while since I've swung by. Happy to be back visiting. Now, for the recipe….you can never go wrong with BACON!!! Anything cooked with bacon is a winner for me. Can't wait to head home for vacation because I know mother will be frying the girls and I bacon for breakfast…..

  6. Yum! I'm invited to breakfast right? Haha. Bacon really does taste good with anything. My favorite being peanut butter, bacon toast. Yumo!!!
